Refund policy

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with the UNBOXING VIDEO and pictures of the product through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email within 24 hours after receiving your order.
The unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damage/missing item cases and should be clear. The unboxing video should show the damaged/defective/stained/wrong/missing product or its parts, along with the packing slip existing outside of the package.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Saree folding's must be in the same way as you received them and the Item must be in the original packaging.
Late Complaints are not acceptable.

Incase if you want to cancel the order, cancellation fee is applicable. If the order is already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please note that there might be slight variation in colour due to lighting/photography
No Return/Refund is accepted for color variations.

For handwoven or power loom sarees, extra threads, handloom marks, thread pulling are common and these are not considered as damages.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
No refund will be issued, after 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier or the Package refused by the recipient.
If your claim is approved, we will process your refund, and the same will be reflected on your credit card or original mode of payment, within a certain amount of days.
